“Il est temps” (It’s about time) is an intimate documentary that explores the notion of time and change through the lives of three Provençal artisans: Valérie and Jérôme, a baker-pastry chef couple seeking freedom and balance between tradition and modernity; Joachim, a watchmaker torn between a distant love and the desire to reinvent his life; and Adam, a coppersmith overwhelmed by family and professional responsibilities, longing for a lost sense of freedom.
